Impressive service & care. Skip and his team of two very polite gentlemen were first class in every aspect of the delivery. We have all wood floors in our home, a difficult entry, and our refrigerator was installed flawlessly. When we couldn’t get the fridge out of demo mode, Skip stayed with us to make sure we would get it up and running. A surefire recommend. Thanks!
Luke and Dominic did a terrific job removing our old refrigerator and delivering the new. They had to think on their feet a little because when we removed the water intake tube, the value wouldn’t close fully. Fortunately a 5-gallon bucket for the leakage gave us plenty of time to change out the appliance. They carefully monitored their path of travel and avoided collisions with walls, counters and doors. All in all, it was an immaculate reception of the new fridge, and we’re very grateful. They even gave us a few maintenance tips that will pay off in the future. Thanks a million.
The courtesy and professional service we received from CMR and their installers (Jeremiah and JJ) was beyond our expectation. They were responsive, listened to our concerns and provided exceptional results. We highly recommend them.
CMR did an outstanding job for me by disconnecting my gas stove top and capping everything off. Counter tops were then installed and CMR returned two days later and reconnected everything. They were on time and extremely professional. It was a very quick, efficient and professional process.
